Something about size 11? They suddenly have a super sturdy sole for our little soul.
Speaking of little souls, why is it so hard to see them grow up? Even though it's little steps, some of those steps feel like leaps. They really are the most delightful people I've ever met and I love listening to them (to a point and please, no potty talk!), but there's something to be said for those growth spurts, some times the growing pains are felt in the hearts of the parents more than anywhere else.
