a farm, a volleyball game, a new skirt and warm days outside

SEW Hard! Man, I've never had sewing lessons and I forgot how hard it is and how much I hate tension/bobbin problems. YUCK. But, take this for inspiration:

Tiny Toes took her first stab at volleyball this last Saturday! She did great (don't forget to bend your knees in the ready position!)

We've had some WARM days in the south and the kids have looked forward to playing with their fun friends/neighbors everyday after school.


I volunteered to be a docent at the farm museum during Tiny Toes's 3rd grade fieldtrip. I was supposed to dress up and Tiny Toes decided to join me (HOW FUN!)..
