Ensemble

So I've been playing with an ensemble this fall... a woodwind ensemble which has been surprisingly fun and, well, fun. Last night we had a "performance". Aside from retirement homes, weddings, church meetings and the like I haven't done any "performances" since about 1991 or so. I was scared and probably looked like a dear in the headlights on stage (frantically trying not to look like I was counting, and frequently losing said count).
Next semester there should be a string ensemble for me and I am looking forward to that. In addition, I will be taking private lessons for the first time since about 1991.
