Big Daddy is teaching many, many classes and picked up a night class at another local school just for yucks. He is very busy, but we love and appreciate him for all of his hard work -- and for the fact that he still makes time for Mario Kart and Lego Adventures.
Me. Well, I have begun to play with a local community ensemble and picked up two violin students. I have really, really enjoyed having the time and need to practice/play again.
Tiny Toes. Adjusting to 3rd grade like a star (and now preferring to dress like one, too). She has her first tooth about to come out at any time. Does anyone know what the tooth fairy offers these days?
Little Man. Enjoying 1st grade and more Wii than he should -- but he's the best driver in the house! He recently accidentally erased his Mario Kart history and had to start over from scratch -- he was devistated. Sweetly, Dad stepped in and erased his own history in solidarity.
Mr. Peabody & Mrs. Peatunia -- Mr. P. has had some kidney problems and prefers fresh ice water whenever someone walks past the fridge -- he comes running when he hears the ice maker. Doesn't look out the window too much anymore. Just really prefers to sleep and meows at Big Daddy for pets. Mrs. Peatunia is a good nanny and generally stays on Tiny Toes's bed until she falls asleep (unless she is micromanaged too much) at which point she comes downstairs to join Mr. Peabody on our bed (lucky us).
Here are some pics from the last little while...
