Super Duper Saturday -- OPA!

What? Saturday is the day we get ready... to be busy let alone getting ready for Sunday!! Tiny Toes had a quick meeting with her Destination Imagination group in the morning and then we ran the kids over to some friends while Big Daddy and I saw Gran Torino (what a movie). Next, we attended a little Greek shindig for dinner with some friends. We had signed up originally to bring spanakopita (sure, they sell that frozen a COSTCO, right?). Well, Friday night we went for COSTCO pizza and sure enough, they stopped selling spanakopita! Oh... sh*-panakopita! Big Daddy grabbed some phyllo dough and we were off. Best dish of the night if I may say so myself, and I do. Too bad we didn't dance enough to work off some of that amazing baklava.
